Snow here....maybe!
I am sooo excited...there is a slight chance it may snow here tonight. As you all know, I am a snow fanatic and am almost doing cartwheels in my living room with excitement. OK, so that might be an exageration, but I called my niece in Seattle and we have a pact to call each other if we see a snowflake...no matter what time of day or night! It's already 39 degrees in downtown Seattle and dropping...it is supposed to be 32 tonight! Yea, yippee!
I am done with report cards for tonight...not quite done yet....am going to eat dinner and enjoy my evening...TTFN...JJ

You can have our snow and ice storms and endless days of gloom. We had a small blizzard on Thanksgiving. Not alot of accumulation but blowing sideways at 40mph. They couldn't use any of the big parade balloons in the Thanksgiving Day parade in downtown Detroit. The only snow I like is in a snowglobe!

Wow, do you usually get snow this early? We had a big snow storm on Thanksgiving about 20 years ago...if we get snow, it usually isn't until after Christmas. It may snow here tonight and then later in the week. It was in the 20's here last night....very cold for this early in the season! I would love to have a late school start...I'm not a morning person, haha.

JJ-We don't usually get snow at Thanksgiving but it's been known to happen. It seems that if it comes this early, then we're in for alot of snow over the winter. Oh yippy! Actually, I like snow when I don't have drive or go anywhere.
The western side of the state gets "lake effect" snow from Lake Michigan which can add up to quite alot.

Hi you guys...yup...they say snow here too Pegster! My sister called and asked if she could stay with me tonight...she lives out in the Gig Harbor area and doesn't want to fight ice/snow tomorrow morning on her way into town. Her daughter has a job interview tomorrow near Olympia, so she offered to drive her. I'm wondering if my niece should take the bus down from Seattle and stay here too! I-5 should be OK if she takes it easy.....the Seattle news says the snow plows are ready to roll....this is so amazing to be worrying about snow this early in the season....weird!
