The 10,000 ppm of casein in butter is what makes most of us as sick as a dog if we accidentally eat anything with butter on it. Who is she referring to when she says that it is "rare" to have symptoms from eating butter? Surely not any of us who are sensitive to casein.While casein is still present in butter there is typically less than 1g of protein per 100g of butter making side effects from the consumption of butter very rare indeed.
