checking out for awhile.....and my very own cruise!
Hi everyone,
I work in an industry where we do about 70% of our yearly business in the next three months so I'm going to check out for awhile. I want to thank everyone for their love and support!
With the exception of some rice pasta and some potatoes I'm eating pretty hard core paleo and doing well.
I'm going on a cruise the first part of October....Boston...Bal Harbour.....then about 6 ports in Canada. I don't think I could have managed it a year ago but I'm really looking forward to it and for the break for someone else to do my protein and veggie cooking!

Hi Cathy,
Not stopping at Portland. Just Bar Harbor then up into Canada. It looks like Portland and Bar Harbor are not too close. I'd love to meet up with a fellow PPer one day!
Thanks to everyone for the well wishes!
It looks like 45-54 degrees that time of year in Boston and I havn't even checked temps in Canada. Looks like I'll be breaking out the long underwear but it will be a welcome break from the mid 90's that we generally have in north Florida until the end of October.
