I've caught a bug!

Post by Mars »

Hi everyone,

I came home from work early to get some rest and to hopefully get warm! It is 28 degrees right now (2:43 pm) and I just can't get warm.

Started coughing, runny nose and chills and aches last night and don't feel much better today. I just took some Dayquil and intend on laying down for a little while.

Hope everyone is doing ok. It's been pretty quiet the last few days.

Lots of :pulsinghearts:

Best place for you is bed Image For a while. Sounds like the flu or at least a bad cold. I prescribe rest & nice hot lemon drink & plenty of fluids.

Hope you are feeling better soon Mars.

Love

:pepsi: Don't forget the liquids (not Pepsi though).

Sure sorry you are feeling bad and I hope it will be only for a short time.

Awwwww, Mars,

I hope it leaves as fast as it arrived. It sounds like it means business.

Phewy! We should be exempt from all other illnesses. Hopefully, your particular bug will run it's course quickly. Some nasty cold is going around here too.
Feel better.

Thanks for the well-wishes everyone! Still not doing real well but managing. The nausia and dizziness is bothering me the most. I'm still going to work because if I'm not there, the work doesn't get done and I am still able to function. Brain doesn't work too good at times these last few days - I had to ask my boss the same question 3 times today!

I had to go shopping for a few things after work - I go out with the girls once a month and our scheduled Christmas dinner and gift exchange is tomorrow. Hopefully I'll be feeling well enough to eat something and enjoy the company and not just want to go home and lay down!

:pulsinghearts: to everyone!

Mars,

You're more dedicated than I am, for sure, if you're still going to work, feeling like that.
