Once again.
I am now back to very few foods (lamb, potatoes including chips in olive oil, oats, squash, onions, coconut + rock candy for sucking on, tea and lemon.

Somehow I have to get a handle on this. Yesterday was SO bad.

My GI will be away till the 12th, so no reply about PPS.

I couldn't handle onions, nor lemon while I was recovering. Are you sure that they are safe for you? Neither one of them contains very much in the way of essential nutrients, so avoiding them for a few days shouldn't cause any nutritional risks, and it might be a worthwhile experiment, if you haven't already thoroughly tested them.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

I have, and the MRT confirms with a tiny green, which is why I kept them. They never caused me problems.
If I cut them out there is not much to eat at all and flavoring is impossible. I know I will live on potato chips. Horrible thought!
