Helen,

I just sent an email with the attached PDF file to the email address in your profile. If for any reason you do not receive it, or you are unable to open it (or the PDF file), please let me know, and I'll try to track down the problem.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Thanks for your words of encouragement Gabes. I'm based in Melbourne - chilly down here at the moment! I'll start supplementing with Vit D3 this week.

Tex, I received your PDF, thanks again. I've just read the first chapter and am already finding it invaluable and getting answers to some of my questions already!

I am always exasperated when one of us writes 'The doctor says the problem is that I have anxiety" . Well... hell yes Dr. Genius, I do have anxiety!! We go from healthy to severely sick seemingly overnight. We have incontinence, uncontrollable diarrhea, we're dizzy, foggy, nauseated, itchy, and achy. We drive when we are lightheaded, worry we'll embarrass ourselves in one of a dozen ways, and find our social lives suddenly restricted. Nothing is the same and then we are faced with doctors who are clueless. And they wonder if anxiety might be a problem?

This is so true, Carol.
