Carol,

Thanks for your encouragement...I really appreciate it. I am better now. I am working on my energy and hopefully my body will follow suit.

It is easy to go into that dark place and after a few days of sickness, I do go there, unfortunately--but reaching out to my friends here always brings me back to life.
