Purity Farms Ghee doesn't even say it's gluten-free, I just assumed. When I called Purity they said they can't verify it's ghee is gluten free. I happened to be tested to see if I was eating gluten when I was still eating it and tested way positive for eating gluten. I wasn't eating anything else new since my last neg test.
I switched to Ancient Organics Ghee which the manufacturer (small company here in the town where I live) assures me it couldn't be cross-contaminated and my symptoms have improved significantly.
