Great update Cory . . . glad you are able to eat more and get your life back . . . remission is a reason to celebrate.

Great Cory! I am so glad for you.

I am so nowhere near where you are. I am also jealous.
Still, every great report gives me hope. Keep going girl!

Carol, me too!

A good report

Post by wmonique2 »

Carol, Lesley--

I am beginning year three as well. But I want to mention that a friend of mine, a PhD medical researcher researched this condition when I was diagnosed and told me flat out that once an inflammation is present in the gut it is very difficult to get rid of it. Then she added to be patient and that it will take 3-4 years to get into remission. She is so awesome, she bought Tex's book (she has no MC) to understand what the condition is and to help me cope with it.

So there is light at the end of this dark tunnel if we keep that vision in mind and hope alive. I tell myself everyday in the present tense that I am healed so that body will follow my soul's desire.

Love,

Monique
