Thanks for all the support you wonderful peoples, you!

I had a pretty tough Monday and I think the pain was making me feel pretty sorry for myself. I'm trying so hard to keep a positive attitude. I didn't make it to work yesterday because of the pain (I did shower and try to get ready, but it almost killed me!), but I'm here today...busy and making up for lost time. Tomorrow I'll do a half day, physio, then home for the weekend.

Mary - I may have embellished a tale or two!

Christine - one day at a time my friend :rose:

Everyone - there's a lot to be said for peoples reactions when your suffering is non-visible. Some just out and outright can't believe you have a problem because they can't "see" it. <sigh>

Hey Peg,
From what I've heard, extended stress can overtax and mess up your brain chemicals, AND make you depressed and cause additional physical pain. It happened to me due to the stress of a divorce. So I just thought I'd mention that antidepressants can help. Not that it sounds like you need them or anything like that, but I just thought I mention it.
Take care, Marsha

Pegster,

So sorry your having pain.....I just want you to be better and now would be perfect. We both know these things take time and I too am so proud of you. I don't think I could have handled this as gracefully as you have. Your one awesome gal and a excellent example!

Big hugs!

Thanks Lori (and of course everyone)

Dee - I'm taking your advice and not being such a hard head. I got some Entocort last night and will try and get myself "back on track" so I can concentrate on physio and getting better spine and wrist-wise. Enough of this poop!

Love to all,
Peg
