? for those who were Entrolab positve to all foods tested

Post by ladyathome »

Looking for advice. How are you getting enough protein in your diet? I guess I want to know what do you eat each day? My aunt tested positive to Gluten Soy Dairy and Eggs. She tested +2 and +3 to all foods except +1 to Almond, Pork and Oats. She is losing weight (and can't afford to). I know she isn't getting enough food. Any help you can give is appreciated.

I eat pork, lamb, turkey or cod at every meal. Pork was also the only meat I tested +1 to along with almonds and walnuts. I eat almond butter and macadamia nut butter although not everyone can eat nuts. I eat kale chips. I make bone broths with bones from one of the 3 meats I eat. I do eat blueberries but that's not for early on. I sometimes eat a few well cooked vegetables (chard, collards or bok choy)

What I found to be easy is making 5 ounce patties from either a pound of ground pork, lamb, and beef, and eat one at each meal. Usually I have the meat precooked and frozen, so all I have to do is heat it up. Also, I use almond flour to make bread and muffins and eat some of that every day. Nut butter is a good option for calories.

The easiest way to get protein is to eat meat with every meal: sausages for breakfast, in soup or tortillas for lunch, and chops, burgers or roasts for dinner.
