Until last Saturday, I always had an 8-10 oz glass of water several times a day, but it was going right through me and I ended up in the bathroom way too much.
Saturday I bought a water bottle that only allows me to sip. Now I sip all day long and I think it's making a difference since I am keeping more water in.
Can there be a connection between this and normal stools (not loose or d?)

Dehydration question
MC diagnosed 2007
Are you still drinking the same amount of water? If not, maybe you're slightly dehydrated. I have an ileostomy, so the rate at which I drink water matters (because I no longer have a colon to recover water). It's easy for me to become dehydrated if I don't drink water often enough, especially when working during the summer, out in the heat.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
