The Gluten Dude just posted about it and OMG! My husband and I were seriously glutened by this very flour a few months ago. I breaded fish with it. I didn’t want to believe it, but it was the only potential contaminant in the meal. My husband isn't even that sensitive, so I suspect it was way more than 30 ppm. I haven’t used the new bag of flour since. I plan to return it to Whole Foods in hopes the company gets the message!

I've also stopped buying Food For Life Snickerdoodle cookies that are made with sorghum flour. They always gave me a mini-tummy ache, and now I know why!

Thanks for posting this Nancy, I have an unopened bag of this flour in my pantry....it's on it's way to the garbage.
