It is unreal at how large the gluten free market has become! Watching a TV show recently it was mentioned that gluten free foods sold have rapidly grown to an annual 13 billion dollars. The fellow went on to mention that he felt this growth would slow soon, though. It was just a fad diet, not to last.

Possibly that will turn out to be the case. Time will tell. It does seem though if the Girl Scouts are looking into selling gluten free cookies, I'd guess the wheat free trend is growing more main stream.

The cookies appear nice, but look to sugary for my grumpy gut.

There is a petition for them to get rid of the GMOs that I signed even though they have way too many of my intolerances to ever eat them.
