I wonder why they're free........could they really be that bad? I've found that most GF and paleo cookbooks have few recipes that I want to even try. I've made a few that were complete disasters, straight into the garbage disasters. BTW, I do know how to cook :grin:
I find interesting recipes online using Google or Bing. They say you get what you pay for and that makes me suspicious of a free cookbook.
