Thanks, Suze. I was in Ireland before my diagnosis and would love to go back. It's good to know that they are gluten aware. Glad all went well. I think airports and actual flying are the worst. This last trip I ate a couple of larabars to tide me over between lunch one day and breakfast the next day. That's a long time without food.

Sheila,
I also took snacks with me in case there was nothing I could eat at the airport, but I got lucky. I was even able to eat a little of the meals on the plane trips.
