I don't know what might be saf to drink--suggestions please
I have been drinking water only, but would love to have something hot so I would appreciate any suggestions.

I was able to drink plain (not some fancy blend with all sorts of additives) unsweetened tea while I was recovering. Virgil's Root Beer was the only processed soft drink that I was able to safely drink, and others here have also found it to be safe for them.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Wine Seriously!! I've given up almost all drinks. I make 1/2 decaf iced coffee and have that once a day. I add a little apple juice to my morning fruit smoothie and then there is the blessed glass of wine with dinner. If my stomach isn't happy, it's just water.

Green tea (I prefer loose rather than bags) in the morning, an occasional Starbucks decaf, wine . I also like Monique's afternoon delight (hot almond milk with cinnamon and ginger) when the weather gets chilly).

I drink a decaf coffee in the morning and half green/half black tea during the day. I put a splash of Coconut milk in my tea and coffee. Sometimes I dilute apple juice with water to drink but only occasionally.

Organic green, white or black tea, unsweetened iced tea, sparkling waters, and lots of highly watered-down fruit juices like mango nectar, cranberry, apple, etc. (1 part juice to 4 parts water)
Hot lemonade with honey is one of my favorite hot drinks and great during cold and flu season.
I also love Mexican-style hot chocolate made with water, not milk. Just trying to find a brand that is reliably GF. The blocks of central american chocolate should only contain cocoa, sugar and cinnamon.
I've made my own using organic, raw cocoa powder.

Water (don't like city-water and use a reverse osmosis water system), coffee, Silk almond milks- all varieties, Silk coconut milk (don't really care for the taste though).
