I did that yesterday Sheila. In the evening. It was too chilly for my sundress and I could not anything over it.
Mine is not a vest, but it is big and cumbersome enough. Maybe that is why I can wear it to bed? Without it I feel that I sort of sink when I relax enough fall asleep, and that increases the pain, which wakes me. The brace stabilizes it. Helps.

Sleeping is still hard. Licorice is sleeping later in the mornings because she is not getting good sleep at night..

Glad you found some answers. Sorry it took all of what you went through to get to the bottom of your pain. I rarely go anywhere without a Lara bar and glass of water, just in case. Strange security blanket but it gives me piece of mind.

If I could eat any of the Larabars I would take them. Every one has something in it I can't have.
Pork chops and potato crisps. That is all I can have. :sad:
