I have been reading about a herbal product called Boswellia that people are claiming is good for inflammation, even IBDs. Have any of you ever tried this?

Hi Sherry,
I tried it when I first got sick, before Entocort. It didn't help at all. Apparently you have to take massive amounts of it derive any benefit.

Thanks. I am slowly finding out that a lot of natural supplements don't seem to live up to their billing. :) Wish they did!
