Just how much of an offending food can cause a reaction?
Hi All!
I hope I am in the correct forum :)....I have been a good girl with my diet for about 2+ months now. On Saturday, I had a small container of yoghurt...(just didn't want it to go to waste) On Monday I was not well. No diarrhea but gas like crazy, depression, joint aches, and fatigue like crazy. Could that have been from 1 small serving of yoghurt??....(I can't have dairy) I am better today (Tuesday)
Any input is appreciated!!
Thanks to all of you who are suffering too!

Hi Trish!
One serving of dairy could certainly cause that, even half a teaspoon if you are very sensitive to casein, like many of us here are. I had an accidental swig of a milkshake - a vietnamese avocado drink (forgot it had milk), and I blew up like a balloon, followed by D hours later. You're lucky it didn't cause D, although dairy intolerance can often cause C.

Thank you Ladies for your input! Now I will really watch everything I eat more closely.
I DO feel better since I have avoided gluten and eggs. It took about 6 weeks but my energy returned, my depression lifted, and no more gurgles and grumbling! My Doc still has me on 6mg of Budesonide, so no more diarrhea...Thank Heavens :)
I read on here somewhere that the longer we avoid our allergy foods, the more sensitive we become to accidental/intentional ingestion.
Everyone on this site has been so kind and nice! Thank you again for your input.
