Hey Marliss. Sorry you can empathize so deeply with me. Thanks, though for sharing.

Very, very black with Licorice button eyes. She has 2 white toenails, and few wisps of white hair and one very small patch of almost brown on an otherwise true black coat.
She is a mix of dachshund and terrier, weighs about 6 lbs and is ridiculously cute and funny.

Tee-hee. I did have to chuckle out loud since I've been there, in both situations. Thank God for people who can share their own experiences. It does wonders to know I'm not alone. I'm definitely not laughing at either of your situations..... Just remembering how it felt when it happened to me.

I know that when I first found m way here the most helpful posts were to ones that showed me I am not alone. Every one of us has gone through precisely the same experiences.
I don't vent anywhere except here, where I know I am in the best company.
