Post by sunny »

I thought I clicked on that button to be notified. Is there something else I need to do?
Thanks!

The cookie that manages your permissions for this board in your browser may be corrupt. Try clicking on the link below that says "Remove cookies set by this forum", and follow the on-screen instructions. When it tells you to close your browser, if you have more than one tab open, be sure to close all tabs, or it won't work.

After you do that, then when you reopen your browser and log in, the system will require you to enter your username and password, and then it will set a new cookie in your browser which should resolve the problem.

If that doesn't solve the problem, make sure that your email provider is not filtering out the emails from the board and moving them into the spam file. Some spam filters do that automatically for any email that contains a live link, if the sender is not listed in a "whitelist" of approved addresses. That can also happen with a spam filter in the email client on your own computer.

If all else fails, select the appropriate option (for the system to send you an email whenever someone responds to your posts) in your profile, under "preferences". That selection can normally be overridden by a contrary selection made during posting, however.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
