Antidepressants and MC

Post by Camie »

I need to start on antidepressants. The flare the unemployment and the upcoming holidays are are just feeding off of emotions. I have been on Prozac and Wellbutrin before with good results What is the better choice of medication when dealing with MC. I certainly don't want to cause any more flare symptoms then I am already experiencing. Thanks for you input.

Hi Camie,

Based on side effect risks, Wellbutrin (bupropion) is usually a much safer choice, in most cases.

Good luck with this.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
