The Rice Dream labeling situation creeps me out. There is a prominent GF label on the boxes. I donated all of my Rice Dream milks today. I think I'm going to try making my own flax milk from the recipe on Dee's list. It seems easy enough.

DJ - Since I am not healing I have NO idea whether those foods are my go to-s or not. I do try to keep everything as pure as possible. Nothing processed. 2 1/2 years later and I am still in the same spot.
I apologize to all for rambling about my situation in this thread. Shouldn't do that.

I hope TJs continues to keep their coconut milk pure. Their "coconut cream" is very far from it. None of Whole Foods products are pure.
