I am thrilled to announce that Norman is having a "coming out party"! Most of this week, actually... I am taking 2 Immodium twice a day...and Norman shows up in the morning.
The timing is great as I have been experiencing some heart problems due to low potassium and resulting fluid buildup in the heart are which makes it hard to breathe upon exertion and a heavy fatigue. I would not be able to run down the hall to the bathroom so glad I didn't have too.
It is difficult to keep my potassium levels consistent and when I forgot my coconut water and was out of banana, I began feeling bad the next day. Kidney doc called to say numbers down and since my BP was very low to stop lisinopril... Which is beneficial to both heart & kidneys. So I have rested a lot, stoked up on potassium foods and feel much better tonight.
My oldest daughter & 6 kids & one girlfriend are here so I will be busy having fun and getting some help around the place from the kids who are all teens of adults...so checking out for a while....
