I believe Lesley has one...I bought some organic granola but I am not sure if the oats are actually GF...Leah, do you have one?

Mine is not so very different to MBs, except I simply mix everything, except raisins or cranberries (if you can have them) all together. Those get added in the last 5 minutes.
I used to do 7 cups of oats to 1 each cup of sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, nuts, coconut, honey (or other sweetener), oil (whichever good one you tolerate), other seeds if you want. Mix, and bake in a very low oven for about an hour tossing a few times as it browns. 5 minutes before the end add 1 cup of raisins or cranberries.
Those are the proportions. I don't often make that amount anymore. I usually cut down to one - 2 cups of oats and the rest in proportion.
Shop bought granola is so expensive, and has less of the good stuff, and more that disagrees with me.

I have a very simple one that I use all the time. You can use any kind of nuts you like, or add raisins, fruit etc. when you serve it.
GRANOLA
5 C GF oats
2/3 C oil (canola, melted coconut, grapeseed, etc.)
1/2 C honey, or 2 bananas
1 t cinnamon
1/2 to 1 t nutmeg
1/2 C or more nuts or seeds of your choice
Mix oil and honey, or put oil and bananas in blender and blend until smooth. Mix oats and spices, pour liquid over and mix well. Spread out in 2 9x14 bake pans, or 1 jelly roll pan.
Bake at 325 for 45 minutes, removing from oven and turning to break up lumps every 15 minutes. Add the nuts and turn oven down to 200 degrees. Nuts tend to burn if you put them in too soon. Bake about another half hour until it's nicely browned. You can turn off the oven and leave in a while to cool.
Info re bananas vs honey: I don't like it too sweet, so just use the bananas. Dave likes it a little sweeter to add 1/4 C brown sugar to 2 bananas for his--I make 2 batches at once, mine GF oats, his regular oats.
Info re nuts: We use walnuts, slivered almonds, pecans, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, etc. in any combination
