No DJ. I can't. I wish I could because I LOVE humus. I am Israeli, how could I not?

Yes, I made humus for my husband last night. I tasted it...yummy....but that's as far as I can go right now. My husband made some good bread a while back. You had asked for the recipe but the first ingredient is chickpea flour. I have not posted the recipe for that reason. I am reading posts from so many people who are struggling with stabilizing their gut. Chickpea flour may not be a good start. Maybe you can create your own bread flour recipe, avoiding rice flour.
