Job interview on Thursday!

Post by Umber »

I filled out an on line job application on Friday and got a call on Monday. Its at a huge car dealership in the Portland area. I'm not sure where I will be working but I will be going clear across town close to the airport for the interview. I am so weird about driving a loooong way to get to work. First off, the stress of the commute, second, I can't see spending 2 hours on the road every day just getting to and fro.

The job sounds interesting: Titling (my expertise), contracts, customer service, something about car parts. It would be a variety of duties, I like that.

Even if it doesn't work out, I will have the experience of going on an interview, its been several years!

Gosh, I have been sooo busy. I will be glad when all my Christmas stuff is done and our boxes are out. Then I can relax!

Hugs,

Lori

Great news Lori. There are a lot of people I work with that commute in to the city for work, some are on the road for over an hour each way :driving: I don't think I could do that, but we are very adaptable creatures

Keep us posted.

Love ya!

Good Luck Today Lori!!

I hope you like the job! Maybe just the interview is by the airport, and the job will be closer to your house. That has happened to me before.
