I've had mare's milk. A friend is from Mongolia, where it's a staple, and gave it to me.

I did not know that Daiya has slices. I will look for those. I'd love to have an everything-free slice of cheese on my hamburger. I use Daiya cream cheese as a substitute for mayo, and of course--cream cheese. My, it is expensive, though...
