I think I should check out ingredients in flu and pneumonia vaccines. I did ask about gluten last year but had no idea of all of the other nasties possible. It's always something.

Flu vaccine: aluminum salts, sugars salts, formaldehyde, penicillin, sulfa
Pneumonia-pneumovax: uses bovine protein and contains phenol
Pneumonia-Prevnar: used soy peptone broth, aluminum phosphate, ammonium sulfate, yeast and a few other things.
