I'm really sorry you're going through this and that it happened on your honeymoon!

I hope the doctors come back with results today so you will get more clarity.

Please keep us posted on what happens.

Day 4 of watery D. No fever though. Continuing with Cirpo (stopped Flagyl bc of the belly aches). I was up all night, seems liked when I have a drink of water and lay down it goes right thru me.
Still waiting on stool results and hearing back from a Dr...

Jenny.... First off... congratulations on your wedding!
Secondly... when I had Cdiff, my stools were yellow & I felt as if i had the flu on steroids and constant watery diarrhea. I was dizzy, light headed and then hospitalized 3 days for dehydration and given an IV of potassium and Vancomycin for the Cdiff. I am hoping that is not your diagnosis! That would be a difficult start to any marriage! Keep us posted...

Hi Jenny--
Congrats on your marriage. It's been a couple of days since your last post. How are you doing? Any changes or test results?

Still have the watery D. It's only a few times a day vs a few times an hour. I'm at least thankful for that. I still don't have an appetite tho.
Dr office called me yesterday and said stool came back negative so I can stop antibiotics (I had already stopped them after day 2)
I have a follow up appt with my GI in 2 weeks to redo blood work to see if and why the elevated bilirubin. She mentioned it could be from the dehydration.
Thanks everyone
Jenny
