My interview & results

Post by Umber »

Well, its a looooong way to the airport. The man I interviewed with was really nice. The office was a little unprofessional, well actually a lot! The office manager walked in while I was still interviewing and said, your next person to interview is here. It would be a job that would keep me busy working with all different depts mostly accounting.

The hours are different, Mon & Fri 8 to 5 and Tue, Wed, Thu 10 to 7. I have always been home when Morgan gets out of school. I don't want to get home at 8 pm see her for only an hour before bed.

They were going to let me know about the job next week but I got a call today. They offered me the job but at $1.30 less per hour than I am making now. I said I would let him know early next week but I am not going to accept the position. Not a warm, fuzzy feeling. Gotta go with your gut!

Hugs!

The fact that your interview was interupted like that should be a clue to how these people might treat their employers. Not a good sign. Go with your intuition I would say.

IMHO anyone with MC is so attuned to their "gut feeling" nothing will every really escape them!

Um, that statement is NOT to be taken with a grain of salt

Congrats on being offered the job. I'd say that you are very marketable and will find something closer to home that pays what you got before or better!
