My Rocking chair Therapy
It is working! I have gained some more mobility back......It made my therapist raise her eyebrow and smile. Today was the last day of therapy..but I will keep doing the exercises anyway. I was thrilled...considering I did no exercises wed as I was real sick. Sat and rocked some of the day. Thought I share some positive news with you my family. Love Oma
Oma,
That is great news! As for doing your exercises, please keep those up. My surgeon told me the last time I saw him that I was not through exercising. He told me this several times. I told him the main reason I had my knees replaced was so I could be more active. My therapists told me I would be alright if I kept up my bike riding and spinning classes. Also a security police officer at the plant where I work had his replaced 8 years ago. He still has to meet a physical fitness test every year. When he found out I had mine replaced, he told me I would be OK as long as I kept exercising. Hang in there - things will get better!
