A Happy New Year - In Remission!!!

Post by fatbuster205 »

To all my great friends here - a very happy new year! I am ending 2013 gluten and dairy free with minimal yeast - just the occasional glass or two of wine - and am happy to report I am symptom free (providing I stick to my diet!) for over 2 months now!!!! It has been a tough two years to get to this point and I have no illusions that there will be further hiccups ahead but this is the best I have been in well over 2 years and arguably in about 6 years! I am so grateful to you all for the support, love and kindness as well as the very sound advice! I will still be around but I wanted to take the opportunity to say a huge thank you to you all!
Merry Christmas and a very Happy and Healthy New year!!!

Happy New Year --in remission

Post by wmonique2 »

Great news Anne. Happy new year to you too. Wishing you a healthy 2014! Keep up the good work.

(Glad to hear that SOMEONE is in remission. Sometimes I feel like I am the last one standing. Two years GF, SF, DF, low histamine, low fiber, no greens, few peeled fruits, mesalamine, elavil, allegra and still gets in trouble for no reason whatsoever---like right now.) Go figure.

Very Happy New Year to all my friends on this forum.

(Kari---what protocol you're on right now? Last time I saw you here, you had started something interesting...)

Love you guys!

Oh Monique - Bless You! I guess I am really lucky 1. to live in Northern Ireland with good medics and NHS! 2. to just have fewer issues (at least at this moment) than most of you! I count my blessings daily and believe me, feeling well is so wonderful if anyone suggests "Oh a little bit won't hurt!" gets short shrift from my Mother let alone me!!
Take care!
Anne
