So happy for you. Avoiding gluten, dairy and yeast is certainly manageable and well worth it!! So glad you are in remission!

Quick update! I have eliminated yeast from my diet because I was getting a lot of flatulence - and bingo it's cleared up completely as well! Funny that isn't it!

Now I just need to deal with the asthma... But seriously, still doing well!
