A question

Post by coco »

A question, would like to make me the enterolab test, but do not know how much time has to pass since you leave budesonide. My last dose was December 20.Now I take 2 grams of mesalazine and do not know if this medication alters the results or the test may be taking this.
When you have the results will need much help on your part in order to understand, but it's worse now that I do not know which foods are good for my. Also I am looking for a translator to acquire the book of Tex, in Spain you don't have anyone who can help me in my LC.Many thanks to all.

You can call Enterolab to get answers to your questions, but I don't think they are there on weekends.

When you receive the results of your tests you can post them to this site, and we will help with interpretations. You can also call Enterolab and talk to someone there about the results.

Good luck! :)

Marijo,

It takes approximately 8 weeks for budesonide to completely clear our body. I do not know if the immune system would require additional time after that to recover, but if I were in your position I would wait until about the middle of February, and then I would order the test.

The mesalazine will not matter. It should not affect your test results.

And yes, as Linda posted, we can help you interpret your test results.

I wish I had a way to translate the book into other languages, but that would cost a lot of money — more than the sales of the book could ever recover.

Thank you Linda and Tex, I will wait until February, although the mezasalina is not as effective as budesonide and not be if I have to return soon to enterocor.
Tex, I can assure you that the rest of the world would need a help of his book and his knowledge, I think that I am going to buy another copy for my doctor, so he knows something of the MC. Thank you for everything.
Marijo.

Marijo,

I am working on a translation of the book into Spanish, but it will take me a while to complete it. I am sure it will take at least 6 months or more of work.

You are very welcome,
Tex

When you have it ready, let me know, will recommend in all Spanish forums that you can, and I assure you that I am registered in many looking for possible solutions, but in my country, not the meeting. The truth is that there are many people suffering much from this and the crisis ended budgets in investigation, any light in the way, is well received.Greetings Tex.
