So true about quantity of fruit. When all this started, I couldn't comfortable eat any raw fruit. Now that I have had some healing under my belt, I can eat small quantities of certain fruits. A few berries, half a peeled apple, small handful of dries cranberries…etc…... Slow, but progress :)

Thank you for the information Tex. I love this site. This is one of the only places where you can get reliable information about MC.

Was wondering which brand of coconut milk do you use?

I seem to tolerate it so far and this is something really good because it has so much calories its crazy and cheap too ! (1.39 near my house).

Let me know Im using GOYA Coconut Milk the ingredient that worries me is "tree nuts" but I don't feel any nuts in
the can... just the sweet coconut milk and yes I'm so glad I found this...it was thanks to your post...hopefully It doesn't cause me symptoms later on...I needed a treat and CALORIES. Yes I drink it like this :cat: ...in four legs...tired of fish and zucchini!

It's just coconut. Sometimes coconut is put in the "tree nut" family with other nuts, although I've seen where others said it was a seed. At any rate, that's why it's labeled that way... tree nuts have to be labeled because they're one of the top allergens.

I either buy Aroy-D if I'm going full fat. I usually buy Trader Joes light coconut milk. I now use it as a creamer for my decaf coffee.
