I go through three half gallons of Silk Chocolate Almond Milk each week and usually get one regular almond milk for cereal. I use the chocolate almond milk for cereal too, I'm not too picky. It's the only other thing I drink aside from coffee and water. It also makes a good coffee creamer. In the summer I make smoothies with by blending frozen berries into it. That's the closest I get to ice cream. I absolutely love chocolate and it takes care of my sweet tooth.

There isn't much difference in calories either. The chocolate is 100 whereas the vanilla almond milk is 90.

Good stuff. Too bad it's so spendy compared to regular milk. Although, if I were to drink soda or alcohol I'm sure the cost would even out.

Glad to hear you can drink this also, Deb. It is very good. What do you put in your smoothies?

Thank you.

They're usually pretty simple. I've used bananas, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries. It's a nice change from cereal in the morning or for a snack.

Oh that Silk Chocolate almond milk is delish!! I drank it too fast the first time I had it and immediately got Heartburn but if I drink it slow I'm okay. Doctor tells me no chocolate but I do eat some every now and then...especially Enjoy Life's gf/sf/df bars that my kroger's now carries. But go light on the chocolate/sugar...I was so bad the last 3 months and overdosed on sugar as I found out I could gain big time weight from it and my body tolerated it so well..but always a downside as I'm totally addicted and having problems getting off the sugar but good news is I gained 7 pounds and now at the weight I was before I got sick. NO issues at all with the added sugar to my diet...it's this withdrawal that's killing me! So go light if your body digs the sugar like mine does.

BTw...that smoothie sound so good...haven't braved the fruits yet..about time tho as I seem to tolerate most of everything else!
