Alternative options for treating IBD

Post by Zizzle »

Someone on an IBD/LDN group on Facebook put together a document detailing all the alternative treatments used for IBDs. It's pretty comprehensive (56 pages) and includes lots of useful links. The various diets are described (SCD, GAPS, Paleo, etc) as well as worm therapy, probiotics, alternative meds, etc.

You can also open it by clicking on the document icon, and then clicking on the little blue "Open" button at the bottom of the screen.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Joan, thank you for sending this to me. I will read it at some point. I am too tired lately to concentrate.
