That's a pretty good article, but don't forget that YMMV, because

1. she is aggressively selling seminars/treatment advice/meditation courses, etc.

2. she does not have MC. (What does she have, anyway — does she actually have anything other than a histamine sensitivity and an ambition to sell treatment advice?)

I agree that she pushes her books and 'get away' spa, but I guess this is the way she funds herself. She has posted conversations with some of Dr. Casteels proteges. So, I think she has good insight into the histamine issues. You're right, she can eat just about any foods, unlike the MC'ers, so we can't take what she says as verbatim for our journey. Histamines/mast cells just seem so complex to me and some of her posts help to sharpen my knowledge.
