histamine question

Post by ldubois7 »

Hello!

Do fresh veggies increase in histamines very much, as they age?

I have a butternut squash that I want to try and it is from late fall of last year. I know that meat builds histamines quickly, but what about veggies?

Some do… like avocado, tomato ( ok, it's a fruit), spinach. I usually don't have a problem with squash.
