15 years of pretty severe hand/wrist, arm joint pain--gone
Anxiety--gone (b/f getting MC I was maybe 3 months out from getting anti anxiety prescription)
Bruise easily--gone
Short term memory issues--improving
Still working on dry eye and clogged ear situation that ebbs and flows, hoping for some improvement here.
Paleo diet improvements--I'm eating maybe 90% paleo:
Very little gas, (less gas than b/f MC.)
Consistent energy levels throughout the day.

The first thing I noticed after going GF was my bloated abdomen disappeared within days! I had thought I was fat, but it was all bloat! My facial rash went away, and the big dermatitis herpetiformis sores I'd get on my backside never came back. My migraines stopped completely (although I also was going through menopause at the time, which helped get rid of the headaches too). And, of course, the D improved considerably. I dropped dairy at the same time, but didn't get soy out of my diet until several months later, when I noticed I flared after having GF soy sauce.

Diverticulitis and MC
This is the answer I was looking for when researching diverticulitis. My grandmother had diverticulitis so I was wondering if this is where I got the genetic link for MC.tex wrote:
Are you aware that research shows that the inflammation pattern with active diverticulitis is the same pattern that marks LC — lymphocytic infiltration.
To me, that suggests that diverticulitis may be associated with food sensitivities — it's possible that it may be another form of IBD, IMO.
Tex
Thanks, Tex.

My migraines that were fairly regular have gone away except when I get accidentally glutened. The fog in my brain has lifted, which is such a treat. My joints finally stopped aching when I quit eggs. If I consume eggs (like while traveling to a conference) my joints start hurting a lot again and it takes several weeks for it to stop. The bloat and gas had dissipated, but not gone away. I'm still trying to figure out all of my sensitivities.
I have much more energy than I had the previous 25 years. I am amazed at how dropping gluten resulted in my not being so blasted tired all the time. If I get accidentally glutened or dairy-ed, I'm wiped out for at least a week.
My D has slowed, but not gone away. I don't have as much explosive D as I had though.

I've been gf since late Oct. 2012 and would like to add my bit to this poll. After about a week gf, my fibromyalgia symptoms had practically disappeared, although the tender points remain.
Brain fog gone
Achy knees and muscles gone
Insomnia gone
Energy level "functional" from rising to retiring
Night blindness gone
Lower back pain significantly decreased
My bras don't hurt me any more (to which my sis responded, "that's great! But maybe you shouldn't have been washing them in gluten anyway!")
In addition
Psoriasis fading
I've been accidentally glutened twice and the fibro symptoms were back full bore the next day but faded away over the next week or so.
I have CC which expresses itself as constipation (6-12+ times a day, working hard each time to produce one or two pathetic little pellets). Nothing has changed there but I am so very thankful for the fibro stuff coming under control!

After having gone gluten- and dairy free:
My 40 year old psoriasis disappeared after approx 3 months.
My mysterious pains in lower back and legs have also disappeared, but they come back as soon as I have a gluten or soy accident.
No more brain fog, no more feeling of being disconnected from the rest of the world.
No more of all the negative thoughts and anxiety.
No dry skin on my hands & legs.
No more gas.
