Not that I'm lazy, but this might come in handy in a pinch! Cooking clean, allergen-free food for every single meal can get tiring!

Have you all heard of Paleo On The Go? They're a "meal delivery service" - basically paleo frozen meals delivered to your house. Melissa & Dallas from Whole9 stocked up when they had a baby, knowing they wouldn't have the energy to cook as much. Until recently, there were no AIP options, but The Paleo Mom (who is awesome) worked with them to create an AIP menu. How cool is that? Warning: it's not cheap. Still, I'm glad to know it's our there.

Thanks for this! I will be checking out that group on facebook as well. I've joined several other groups dealing with colitis/chrohn's etc., and am amazed at the information that is out there!
