For the 10years prior to Dx, I used Tamari, which is gf soy sauce.

Now, as I am super reactive to soy, I use coconut amino.

I use Coconut Aminos too. I actually like it better than soy sauce. I know whole foods has it, but you can find it online as well.

Can't have it. I use coconut aminos which is exquisite. Far more delicate.

Coconut aminos here too. Seem to have to use more than I did when I used soy.
Everything will be ok in the end, if it's not ok, it's not the end.

Just picked up some coconut aminos and tried a little on my steamed broccoli and cucumber salad. YUM! Thanks for the recommendations! Coconut oil is one of my all time favorite things. I have to watch myself with it though as I can eat it by the spoonful!

I use coconut aminos too. Also, fish sauce adds a nice flavor to Asian dishes. Don't be put off by the strong smell of fish sauce--it seems to cook out and just add flavor.
