That's so true. Histamine is essential for regulating various basic functions in the digestive system. Without any histamine, for example, we couldn't digest food, because histamine is what triggers the production of gastric acid in our stomach. It's when the quantity gets out of hand that it throws a monkey wrench into the machinery.

With all of my other restrictions, I really look forward to my morning coffee made in my French press and my evening glass of red wine with dinner! It's the simple things that make me happy these days. :grin:
