Pain relief???

I'm new at this so am wondering-if NSAIDs are out what do I take for a headache or the occasional body aches and pains?

Hi Hooliebell and :welcome:

Acetaminophen (Tylenol) for minor aches and pains. Tramadol (Ultram) for more major pain. Unfortunately, there aren't many options. Others may have some additional ideas.
