LDN from Israel arrived today

Post by mzh »

It came in a timely fashion - it was shipped from Italy and I had to sign for it.

So, wish me luck on my new journey. It seems that one should take it at bedtime, yes?

Yes, take it right before you go to bed. If you take it 1/2 hour before, it might prevent you from falling asleep. You may feel worn out and underslept in the first few days, but it should get better.

Thank you, Z. It looks like 3-4 mg is ideal. My dose is 4.5, a tad high. Have to break a little off, I guess....

I will!

Last night was dose 2. Not seeing anything yet but after 30+ years of hurting it may take a little time.

About the dose mentioned in the article - that 3 to 4 mg is the ideal dose. I have a 4.5 mg capsule so I can't break it. But the usual prescribed dose is 50 mg so I guess I won't worry about the extra .5 mg.

marcia,

Don't. The clinical trials were done with 4.5. That article is not a good one. There are many more articles that say that the ideal dose is 4.5. So follow the protocol.
