More dumb questions. I appreciate so much everyone's input. How do you know if histimines are a problem. Been reading about a product called D Hist. Before LC diagnosis, only had problem with allergy a couple of weeks out of year. Confused if I should take antihistimes to help with D. Thanks

I would just take an OTC antihistamine for a couple days and see if your symptoms improve. If they do, you probably have a histamine issue.
