Gluten-free Kosher products

I'm just sitting here making my grocery list, and notice that in the store circular, there are several GF products listed in the kosher/Passover products section. I had never thought of looking for GF foods in the kosher section.

Streit's GF matzo ball mix
Manischewitz GF matzos
Jeff Nathan's GF panko flakes
Yehuda GF matzos
Yehuda GF cake meal
Streit's GF cake mix

I don't know whether these brands are widely available, but maybe some folks will want to check them out.

Oh yeah, I love passover!

I like Yehuda GF matzo
Gefen (and several other brand) coconut macaroons
I even bought my hubby a GF/DF/SF cake for his birthday off the shelf at Whole Foods from a kosher baker.

Passover (Pesach) without kneidl and chicken soup just doesn't pass the sniff test. All I can do this year is the paschal lamb and a potato!

I am not Jewish, but my daughter is and made me a GF ice cream cake roll with matzo meal and potato flour which was so good. Also, some kind of kosher chocolate caramel squares. Both amazing and I tolerated both without any problems.

My daughter just called to tell me the meal she used has gluten in it. Well, I survived and didn't get sick. I was lucky.
