Decisions, decisions....

On the one hand I know I don't absorb all the vitamins & minerals from my food.
On the other hand, not sure there is a multivitamin and mineral that is DF, SF, EF, & GF.
The other supplements I have been using appear to be OK except Vitamin E.

Check out this company: http://www.freedavitamins.com/index.php ... d=about_us

Their vitamins are free of many additives that are problematic for most of us. However, the other day I noticed soy wasn't on their list. I emailed them and asked specifically if their vitamin D3 was soy free and happily, it is! Which reminds me I need to order again this weekend.

I did manage to find some vitamins at GNC that were also free of the big 4, but they can be pricey. I like the Freeda company-- I've had good luck with their products.

I'm a Freeda fan, too.

thanks so much for the link, ordered calcium plus, D3, E, & multivitamin & minerals.
Prices were surprising low and shipping reasonable.
Will replace the others I use when they run out (even tho they say the are allergen free)
